I Hope My Costume Wins the Upcoming Competition
I am thinking of making a colorful costume entirely out of Kandi Beads for this competition that my friend is getting me to join. I’m starting to get a lot of great ideas for this costume but the problem is I only have about 30 days to finish it. I told my friend about my idea and she thinks it will be perfect. She also thinks that if I can finish this costume in time that I will actually have a decent shot of winning the entire competition. One of the benefits of winning the competition is you actually get a scholarship award in the amount of $20,000. You also get your photo taken and an interview done which will be included in a nationally recognized magazine. I started getting all excited about the possibility of winning this competition. I didn’t realize there was so much prize money at stake and even a little bit of fame to go with it.
